Lilongwe International Airport – Nkhotakhota Wildlife Reserve
Today you be collected from the airport and driven to the Nkhotakhota Wildlife Reserve for a stay at Bua River Lodge. Bush walks and birding tranquility. Overnight by one of the riverside tents and enjoy a sunset as the piercing sky cools the riverside wilderness (3 hours drive) Receive your welcome starter pack and prepare for game viewing along the majestic Bua River.

Nearest town before entering Nyika National park with fuel stations stocked with fruit juices, snacks and basic goods. Rhumpi – Nyika National Park.
Transfer today with a scenic 3 hour drive into the gates of Nyika National Park. Sightings of antelope, zebra’s and often leopard before reaching the base of Chelinda. Here you will overnight at Chelinda Camp
Located high on the Nyika Plateau within Nyika National Park, Chelinda Camp overlooks a crystal-clear dam with panoramic views of rolling hills, isolated ridges and open high-altitude grasslands. Accommodation at Chelinda Camp consists of two options. There are four chalets which have two bedrooms, a bathroom, lounge, dining area with a fireplace and a small kitchen. Nyika is also renowned for legendary leopard sightings and many guests have had the opportunity to observe these majestic cats thriving in their natural environment- Activities available at the camp include game drives, guided walks, mountain biking, birding, fly fishing and the popular Livingstonia Trail.
